The specific area is outside the plan, in the Municipal Unit of Lefktro, Municipality of West Mani and at a distance of 720m from the sea. It consists of 9 sections, all of which are even and buildable in accordance with the existing town planning provisions, and with the possibility of private building in the entire area.
